Get Well & Stay Well!

I have just created a blog called "Keeping body and mind together" click here to have a look or become a follower! Please do pass on the link to anyone you feel may enjoy it. My hope is that the blog will give some insight into where I'm coming from in relation to my work as a therapist and my personal understanding on headmind, bodymind and being well.

My 21 page booklet, "Getting Well & Staying Well" has been downloaded by many of you and I do hope you found it interesting. It was written with both past, present and potential clients in mind. In it I share personal stories, give examples of what I should've done to avoid my body sending me symptoms, then give guidance on how to start applying Reverse Therapy to your life now!

To purchase the booklet or any other resource, visit the Online Store

I also have the Key Points of Reverse Therapy CD available both as an mp3 download or you can choose to order a hard copy of the CD. To purchase either version visit the Online Store

It empowers the women to have a much more relaxed, calm labour. I wish I'd known about this when I had my children! Have a look at their website Wessex Hypnobirthing
